Our National flag/National flag of Bangladesh:

A national flag is the symbol of the independent and sovereignty of a nation. It is the symbol of our pride. Every free nation has a national flag of their own.As an independent country we also have a national flag.It is rectangular in shape. The ratio of its lenth and breadth is 10:6. It may be made of cotton,linen or silk.The background of the flag is bottle green in colour with a sun globe in the center. The radius of the sun globe is one Fifth of the length of the national flag. The red colour represents the sacrifices of the freedom fighter who died for the country. The bottle green stands for youth and everlasting freshness of the country. The natinal flag hoisted everyday on the top of our important government buildings and educational institutions. It is aslo hosted in many government and non government institutions on the Independent Day, Victory Day and others nathional day. It kept half mast during the national mourning days. Our national flag always inspires us to dedicate our lives for the country and do our duties for the country. I feel proud when i see the national flag. I can uphold its honour by doing my duties to the nation properly.
