Deforestation means cutting down of trees in large number. There are many causes of deforestation. Today it become a global problem. Population problem is the main causes of deforestation. People use wood for fuel,furniture and shelter. They make their houses by cutting down of trees.Again there are some dishonest people who cut down trees in our country to make money.The effect of deforestation are too many to describe. Deforestation causes global warming. If we cutting down of trees randomly, one day our country will turn into a desert. There will be no rain.Deforestation brings about various natural calamities like cyclone,harken, drought etc. Deforestation also causes great harm to the animals. Most of the animals have lost their living place due to deforestation. Deforestation is closely related to environment polluction and the greenhouse effect.Trees are very important to maintain ecological balance.Trees are our best friend. Trees give us food, shade, shelter,wood, flowers,fruits and so on. Trees give us oxygen and absorb carbon-di-oxide.But the amount of Carbon di oxide increasing day by day because of deforestation. Its causes greenhouse effect.The government shoub be take some steps to prevent deforestation and save the world. People should be aware of tree plantation though media.we must plant two trees before cutting one.Tree plantion programme must be turn into a Social movement. It should be extended through the country.
